As well as pulling guest data out of the PMS to launch a review request, we push the resulting feedback - the star rating, the written comments, the review site the guest chose - back into the guest record inside Mews.

When a returning guest's reservation appears in your daily arrivals report, your team can see at a glance what they loved about their last stay and, just as importantly, what fell short.
